What is the material of the jewelry? Plus

All of our accessories are made of stainless steel, a material with great durability and water resistance.

Does the jewelry become dark and/or stain the skin with use? Plus

No! All of our accessories are made of stainless steel. This material does not darken and does not stain the skin.

What care should I take with the pieces? Plus

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, detergents and other products that may
contain chemicals. Store the pieces separately to avoid scratches on them.

Do you make personalized items? Plus

Yes! We perform laser engraving on the pieces indicated in the “personalizations” tab. These recordings do not lose quality or color
over time, but these pieces must receive the same care as the rest.

Are shipping costs free in any case? And how long does it take for the order to be delivered? Plus

Yes! Shipping is free to mainland Portugal on purchases over €50. After order confirmation, shipping time is up to 2 working days (in the case of personalized accessories, it can take up to 3 working days).

After the order leaves our facilities, delivery time is up to 2 working days, and may take a little longer if sent to the islands.

During festive seasons, shipping times can take up to 5 working days.

What does the status "not processed" mean on my order? Plus

The status "not processed" means that we have received your order but it has not yet been shipped.
